The essentials
These are the fields an invoice cannot be correct without. Everything below this panel is optional and can wait until you need it.
Getting paid
Where the money should arrive, and when you expect it. These appear on every invoice.
These details are printed on your own invoice, so that your clients can pay you. They stay in your workspace, we never share them, and Flowzivo never uses them to initiate a payment of any kind.
Numbering & wording
Numbering, wording and language of what you send out.
How you work
Used by time tracking, expenses and the reports. Not shown to clients.
Automations
Flowzivo does the chasing so you do not have to write the awkward email. Each one can be switched off on its own.
The three reminders, in your words
These go out under your name, so they should sound like you. Placeholders get replaced when the email is sent: {client} {number} {amount} {due} {days} {link} {me}
Flowzivo directory
A public list of the freelancers who use Flowzivo, with a page of your own you can share. It is not a marketplace and we do not promise it will bring you work — it is a list, and a link you can put in your email signature. Off unless you switch it on.
The directory is not open yet. Switching this on puts you on the list for it and nothing more — no page of yours exists today, and nothing about you is published until it does. When it opens, your page will be at flowzivo.com/…, showing this line, your services with prices, and the reviews clients left after paying an invoice. Never your clients and never your figures. We will write to you before anything of yours goes public.
Documents — invoice & quote design
Pick the layout used when you print or save your invoices and quotes as PDF. Your logo and document color apply to every layout.
Service library
Save the services you sell over and over with their price — then drop them into any quote or invoice from a dropdown instead of retyping.
Contract templates
Your own contract models. Write them once with placeholders like {{client_company}} and every new contract fills them in from the client and your profile.

Backup
Even with an account connected, keep exporting a backup now and then — it is the one copy that does not depend on anyone else's servers, and it is the only way to move data between two different accounts.
