Who this is not for
If you want your practice organised — a pipeline of leads, project management, goals, a structure that tells you what to do next — Flowzivo will feel thin. It has no pipeline, no task boards for client work, no coaching layer. It is a tool, not a system, and that is the whole design.

What the bigger product is genuinely better at
Holding the parts of a freelance business that are not documents. Where a lead came from, what stage a proposal is at, what happens next on a project. If those currently live in your head and the cost of that is visible — forgotten follow-ups, proposals that went quiet — a system that holds them earns its price.
Where the mismatch shows up
Every system has a setup cost, and it is paid before any of the benefit arrives. Pipelines to configure, projects to define, statuses to decide. For a consultant or freelancer with eight clients and a clear routine, that is a week of configuration to organise something that was not disorganised.
Flowzivo starts from the opposite end: the document you have to send today. Four fields and you have a real numbered invoice as a PDF. Everything else — quotes, time, contracts, expenses, reports — is there when you need it and invisible when you do not.
Pricing, honestly
Flowzivo is 30 days free, then €9 a month or €90 a year with everything included, and €19 a month if you want overdue invoices chased automatically. Moxie's plans and what is in them change; check their pricing page rather than a figure quoted here.
How to actually choose
Ask what went wrong last month. If the answer is «I forgot to follow up on two proposals», you want the system. If it is «I sent the invoice three weeks late» or «the quote and the invoice did not match», you want the tool.
The case against switching
If you have already done the setup work and the system is running, the sunk cost is real and switching wastes it. Move only if the structure has become something you maintain rather than something that helps you.
Try it with your own numbers
The demo runs the real product with example data. Nothing to install, no account, and anything you type is yours to keep.
No account to look around. Example data, and anything you add is yours to keep.
Questions
Does Flowzivo have a CRM or a sales pipeline?
It has clients with notes and history, but no lead pipeline and no stages. If tracking leads through a funnel is the thing you need, this is the wrong tool.
Does it do project management?
It has projects for profitability — what you quoted, what you logged, what you invoiced, what is left. It does not have task boards or deadlines for client deliverables.
What does it actually replace?
The invoicing tool, the quoting tool, the timer, the e-signature service and the expense spreadsheet — for one person. Not the accounting, and not a system that organises your practice.
Can I import my data?
No. Clients and open invoices are re-entered by hand, normally twenty minutes for a solo practice.
Can I see it without signing up?
Yes. The demo is the full application with example data in it — four clients, invoices in four states, quotes, tracked hours. No account, nothing saved.
