Who this is not for
If you have people logging time that someone else approves, if you need per-person capacity and utilisation, or if your clients expect timesheet reports as a deliverable, stay with Harvest. Flowzivo has one user and no approval workflow, and it is not going to grow one — the moment it does it becomes the thing it was built to avoid.
Being explicit about this is more useful than a feature table that implies parity. Comparison pages usually pretend the alternative wins on every row, and nobody believes them.

What Harvest is genuinely better at
Team time. The timer, the reminders to fill the week, the approval step, the reporting across people and projects — that is a coherent system built over many years, and a one-person tool has no reason to compete with it.
It also sits inside a large ecosystem of integrations. If your work already flows through project tools that speak to Harvest, that plumbing is worth more than anything on this page.
Where a solo freelancer or consultant feels the mismatch
Hours are one of three things you invoice. The others are fixed-price work quoted in advance, and expenses you rebill. In a time-first tool the quote usually lives somewhere else — a document, a spreadsheet, another subscription — and the invoice is assembled from two places.

What moving over involves
Less than you fear and more than nothing. Clients and open invoices you re-enter — for a solo practice that is usually twenty minutes. Historical hours you export from Harvest and keep as a file: Flowzivo does not import them, and pretending otherwise would be the kind of promise that ruins a first week.
What you do not have to move is the habit. If you track time as you work, the timer is in the same place on every screen.
The case against switching
If Harvest is not actively costing you anything, the honest advice is to keep it. Changing tools has a cost that shows up in the first invoice you get wrong, and no comparison page can price that for you.
Switch when the mismatch is concrete: you are paying for seats you do not have, or your quotes live in a second tool and the copying between them is where your invoices get their errors.

Can I import my Harvest data?

Is Flowzivo an accounting tool?
