By creating an account you accept these terms. They are between you and ITG Suisse Sagl, Corso Elvezia 25, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland ("we", "us"). If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
You need a valid email address and you must keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is meant for one person or one business; Flowzivo is built for solo professionals and has no team features.
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment details are required to begin it. After the trial the subscription costs 8 USD per month, charged monthly in advance, plus any taxes applicable in your country, which are shown at checkout.
You can cancel at any time from inside the app; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. We do not charge cancellation fees, and we do not refund part-months — cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for.
If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, nothing is deleted: you keep the ability to sign in, read your data and export a complete backup. Only the saving of new changes to our servers stops. Should we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export everything.
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affecting an existing subscription. Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal; since the service is made available immediately and the trial is free, you can simply cancel before the first charge.
Your content is yours. We claim no ownership over your clients, documents or files. You can export everything at any time from Settings → Backup. You can erase your workspace contents yourself from Settings → Backup; to have the account itself deleted, including your sign-in and your billing reference, write to hello@flowzivo.com and we do it within 30 days. We keep a record of the days on which each account was active, so we can tell whether the product is being used, and the billing records that accounting rules oblige us to keep.
Flowzivo produces documents; it does not give accounting, tax or legal advice. The contract and NDA templates are starting points, not legal advice, and they are not reviewed for your jurisdiction. Invoice formats, VAT rates and numbering rules differ by country: you are responsible for checking that what you send meets your own local requirements, and for the figures you file. Have a professional review anything that matters.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
Flowzivo is provided as-is, without any warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It is run by a small operation: there is no uptime guarantee and no support commitment, though we do read every email. Features may change or be removed. Keep your own backup export — that is why the button exists.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or for a tax, legal or commercial consequence of a document produced with Flowzivo. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months — which, for a trial account, is zero. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence where the law does not permit it.
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that violates section 6, or discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland, having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence give you a different forum.
